Important Information and Customer responsibilities when renting equipment
At Powerco Inc. it is our responsibility to provide a machine that is properly maintained and in good running condition.
Maximum Machine Hour Limit:
Daily - 8 Hours
Weekly - 40 Hours
Monthly - 176 Hours
*Hours of use more than maximum will be charged in proportion with the rate contracted*
Customer Responsibility:
- Ensure daily maintenance is performed. (i.e. grease, oil levels, tire pressure, etc.)
- Inform Powerco Inc. Rentals immediately of equipment failure or malfunction.
- Accept liability of maintenance expense due to abnormal wear and/or damage to machine and tires/tracks.
- Liability insurance and physical damage insurance is the sole responsibility of the lessee. The lessee must supply a certificate of insurance prior to the start of the rental period.
- Equipment must be returned clean and fully fueled or cleaning and refuel charges will apply.
- All rental payments are payable in advance.
- Prices within this book are subject to change after print.
