Founded in 1989 in Pierz, Minnesota, Virnig Manufacturing began in a two-car garage as a small welding and repair shop run by Dean and Lois Virnig. What started as a family business focused on local farmers and contractors has grown into a premium American manufacturer of high-quality skid steer, compact track loader, and mini loader attachments — all still designed, engineered, and built in-house with Midwestern pride and durability.
